Carnivores Evolved into Herbivores?

It has been showed by a latest study that how a carnivorous species evolved into herbivorous. The study has been possible because of the discovery of a newly-discovered fossil species called Eocasea martini. The study has determined that caseids, the largest land animals around 300 million years ago, evolved into plant eating species after being carnivores for long.

"The evolution of herbivory was revolutionary to life on land because it meant terrestrial vertebrates could directly access the vast resources provided by terrestrial plants.
