The longtime Miami Herald columnist and his wife, Fenia, listed their 1.85-acre Islamorada property, located at 76400 Overseas Highway, for $3.4 million, according to property listing agent Patti Stanley of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Two homes sit on the property. The main two-story house covers 3,626 square feet and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The guest house, built by the Hiaasens when they purchased the property in 2012, is nearly 1,000 square feet and has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
