Cardinal George to participate in a clinical research to fight cancer

Cardinal Francis George continues to undergo cancer treatment with doctors at Loyola University Medical Center. The Cardinal recently underwent a regular medical procedure there to replace a stent in his ureter. This procedure has been done routinely every six months over the last few years.

Additionally, Cardinal George has agreed to participate in a clinical research trial at University of Chicago Medicine.
