The researchers discovered 40 large storage vessels in an enclosed room located to the west of the central courtyard.

According to a report from the open-access journal PLOS ONE, a Bronze Age palace excavation has revealed an ancient wine cellar. The complete details of the find appear in an article published August 27 by Andrew Koh from Brandeis University and colleagues.
