Bradley's Fine Diner gets new start with chef Greg Lowery

The near-Heights restaurant that opened a year ago this month is forging a dramatic new path with a new chef, new menu, and a new attitude. The restaurant, that the out-of-town owners admitted to fumbling (misgauging the menu, misinterpreting the market), is ready to present its new identity; show a new face.
