'Boyhood' named 2014's best film by Los Angeles Film Critics Association

Members of the Los Angeles Film Critics Association are holding their live vote this morning. Over the years the west coast group has made some fun choices, tying "Her" and "Gravity" for Best Picture last year, awarding movies like "There Will Be Blood," "WALL-E," etc. How will they shake up the race this year?

Their New York counterparts sprang for the obvious critical darling of the season last week: "Boyhood," while Timothy Spall and Marion Cotillard took top acting honors.
