Bono requires five-hour surgery after NY cycling crash

Details have emerged after U2's lead singer Bono required five hours of surgery following a "cycling spill" on Sunday in New York's Central Park. As a result of the accident, Bono and his bandmates were forced to postpone a week-long residency on NBC's "The Tonight Show," scheduled to have begun Nov. 17.
