A Nevada aerospace firm is looking to halt a deal between NASA and Boeing in hopes of winning a slice of a $6.8 billion project for itself.
That’s according to the Puget Sound Business Journal, which reports that Sierra Nevada Corp. believes its spaceplane, called the Dream Catcher, has a superior design to Boeing’s CST-100 and SpaceX’s Dragon and would cost NASA less.
