'Black November' dives into the oil-soaked disaster that is Nigeria

"Black November" is a preachy, theatrical "message" thriller about the treachery, greed and petro-colonialism are turning Nigeria into a failed state. It's a film of wild-eyed declarations and declamations, hectoring history lessons and oil geopolitics, a tale told by Nigerians but peppered with well-known Hollywood faces.

And while it is laudable that Oscar winner Kim Basinger, Mickey Rourke, Vivica A.
