Billboard Music Awards score big for ABC

The Billboard Music Awards hit a 14-year high Sunday night on ABC — despite competition from the series finale of “Mad Men.”

The awards show, which aired live from 8 to 11 p.m., snared 11.1 million viewers — up from 10.7 million viewers last year — and snared the telecast’s best showing since 2001.
