Berkeley has finally enacted a law for free medical marijuana to low-income patients. It has clearly said that the quality of medical marijuana should be same for patients who are paying for it and who are getting it free.

Poor patients have now some hope that they wouldn’t suffer due to want of money. Berkeley City Council’s decision will also prompt many other cities and states to come up with similar laws requiring dispensaries to set aside a small ratio for poor patients who cannot afford very expensive medication...
