A bad deal with Iran may be better than no deal

In his speech to Congress, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated a common refrain: no deal is preferable to a bad deal with Iran over its nuclear program.

Certainly, a better deal is preferable to a bad deal. But it is far from clear that no deal is preferable to a bad deal, as Netanyahu and other critics define one.
