Baby Leopold Wilbur Reppond was born with Oculocutaneous Albinism (OCA), a rare disorder that affects 1 in 20,000 individuals, according to the National Institutes of Health.
In the video, baby Leo sits, looking down, as his mom pulls baby-safe specs over his eyes. They're made with a rubber-like material and no hinges, the Daily Mail reported. She leans forward to straighten them and they make eye contact. Leo instantly grins, causing audible coos around room.
