Avoiding Late night snacks can help to make the weight in check

A research made on health sciences proved that not only the content of diet but also its intake timings are important for us. Interesting results of the research made on mice by the Salk institute of biological sciences is now pulling the scientists to put humans as a subject in future.

The result shows an immense importance of time for the diet intake. This is known as Time-restricted feeding (TRF). The mice whose diet was restricted with TRF developed less of body fats while large fats droplets were deposited on the cells of mice on which TRF was not implied.
