Avoiding Gluten is not Healthier Choice for many

A recent survey by Consumer Reports has revealed that gluten-free diets have become very popular in the past few years, with a third of people eating gluten-free foods or trying to avoid food items that contain gluten. A belief prevails among 63% people that it is good for health to cut gluten from diets. However, medical experts say that consumption of gluten-free foods is not free from health risks.
