Asia Resource Minerals target for possible Sinarmas-linked bid

LONDON, April 14 (Reuters) - Indonesia-focused coal mining company Asia Resource Minerals is the subject of a possible 210 million pound ($310.36 million) bid from Asia Coal Ventures (ACE), a vehicle funded by the Indonesia's Sinarmas Group.

ACE, a vehicle managed by hedge fund ASML which is already a shareholder in Asia Resource Minerals, said it was considering making a possible cash offer for the London-listed company.
