Archerfish Is Much More Proficient in Shooting Water Than Previously Thought

According to the new research, archerfish is much more accurate than previously thought and the mechanism it follows is also much more complex.

Researchers from the University of Bayreuth in Germany find that archerfish doesn’t shoot the water abruptly and wait for the results; instead it first focuses on the prey and then shoots as its target is very small in size and efficiency is necessity in this condition.
