Antibiotics produce Drug-resistant ‘Super Bugs’

Many developing countries use, and overly use, antibiotics on their animals. The uncontrollable use of such antibiotics results to a dramatic raise in the risk of forming drug-resistant “super bugs”.

A study conducted by Princeton University believed that there would be an expected decline to two thirds of antibiotic use in animals between the years 2010 and 2030. However, super giants like China, Brazil, India and Russia will double their use during that time period.
