Another Horse gets infected with West Nile Virus in California

Public Health Department has tested a horse positive for West Nile Virus in northern San Luis Obispo County. According to the department, it is first tested positive case of West Nile virus in the county in 2014. The case comes during the year when lots of mosquitoes are testing positive for West Nile Virus in California.

Earlier this month, the horse's owner had found the animal acting strange. According to the owner, after seeing the horse is weak, blood sample was sent for testing.
