Anne Hathaway is returning to the New York stage in what will be a major theatrical event of the spring – starring in a one-woman Off-Broadway play directed by Julie Taymor.
Oscar winner Hathaway, 32, and Taymor, 62, a multiple Tony winner (The Lion King), will collaborate on the George Brant play Grounded, a 70-minute monologue about a fighter pilot who is reassigned to operate drone strikes after getting pregnant, the Public Theater said Wednesday.
