The big-screen bird adventure is set for release Sept. 23, 2016. Nicholas Stoller and Doug Sweetland are co-directing the feature from an original script by Stoller.
Stoller is also producing the film, together with Brad Lewis. Glenn Ficarra, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, John Requa and Jared Stern are serving as executive producers.
