Amgen and Sanofi drugs can Lower risk of Heart Attacks and Strokes

As per the studies presented at annual meeting of the American College of Cardiology, two newly developed drugs might be able to remarkably reduce risks linked to heart attacks and strokes.

Researchers at the pharmaceutical companies Amgen and Sanofi have developed the drugs. "To see a reduction in cardiovascular events already is very encouraging that we're on the right track", affirmed Dr. Jennifer G. Robinson, lead investigator in the clinical trial related to the Sanofi drug.
