American Lung Association Reacts to EPA Proposal

On Monday, the Environmental Protection Agency made a historic rule announcement which is also very controversial. The agency's proposal calls for a 30% cut in carbon dioxide emission for existing coal fired power plants by 2030. People across the nation were still reacting to the ruling on Tuesday.

The proposal is bad news for the coal industry and some experts predict West Virginia will be the state hit the hardest by new regulations, but the American Lung Association is applauding the EPA's effort.
