American Heart Association kicks off its ‘Go Red for Women’ campaign in Cleveland

In a bid to raise awareness for heart disease, hundreds of men and women will wear red throughout the month of February. Nearly 1,200 people are expected to wear red at the annual ‘Go Red for Women Luncheon and Health Expo’ in Cleveland Convention Center Friday.

The event is being hosted by the American Heart Association to raise awareness as well as to raise money for heart disease research.
