Almost Half of Alzheimer’s Patients Aren’t Told of their Condition

A shocking study conducted by Alzheimer’s Association discovered that more than half of people who suffer from Alzheimer’s disease have never been told they have developed the condition.

Beth Kallmyer, vice president at the non-profit organization, believes that in this way, many people are being denied the possibility of making decisions about their lives by not knowing what they are dealing with.
