Finally seeing the sun and being able to leave the bulky coat at home makes many of us ready to bolt out the door and enjoy the great weather. Why hole up in the gym when you can run, hike, play tennis, roller skate or ride a bike under the glorious sun? But with the glorious sun, come the less-than-glamorous sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes and sinus headaches of allergy season.
