LONDON — The apparent global headquarters of Navinder Singh Sarao, the British trader arrested for allegedly contributing to U.S. stock markets' 2010 "Flash Crash," lives in a modest suburban home about 20 miles from the pumping, bleeding heart of London's financial services community.

Sarao lived and worked here in his parents' house on an unremarkable street in Hounslow, a mixed income area hard by Heathrow Airport's flight path and home to a large community from the Indian subcontinent.
