BEIRUT — An airstrike in the rebel-held part of Syria's contested city of Aleppo killed 10 civilians on Wednesday, activists said, an attack that hit in the same neighborhood where a suspected chlorine gas attack happened the day before.
Meanwhile, the U.N. aid agency said the fighting in Syria's central Hama province has displaced some 100,000 people over eight days between late August and early September. Ultraconservative Islamic insurgents last week advanced in Hama, prompting fierce clashes with government forces.
