The inaugural Air New Zealand flight between Auckland and Houston landed Tuesday afternoon to a Haka group performing a traditional dance of New Zealand's Māori people.
This nonstop route, serviced by a refitted Boeing 777-200 aircraft, will depart Bush Intercontinental Airport for Auckland International Airport five days a week. Bush Intercontinental has more than 20 foreign airlines providing service to more than 70 international destinations.
