After Scientists discover Molecular Nitrogen, Rosetta Comet said to be Spinning Down

Seven months after European Space Agency’s Rosetta spacecraft caught up with it, the Comet 67P has shown signs of finally slowing down.

The Rosetta Mission, which was launched last March 2004 caught up with the Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko on August 2014 after using gravity assist maneuvers to accelerate throughout the inner part of the Solar System.The Rosetta explorer became the first to orbit a comet.
