PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico -- "Affluenza teen" Ethan Couch and his mother have been apprehended in Mexico, authorities in Texas tell CBS News.
Couch was 16 years old when he killed four pedestrians in a drunk driving crash. He was sentenced in 2013 to 10 years of probation. Couch and his mother disappeared earlier in December.
