Add Fiber to Diet for Weight Loss

According to researchers, eating fiber on a daily basis is a better way of losing weight. The researchers at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester found that people who consumed 30 grams of fiber per day experienced weight loss as much as those who followed a more complicated diet.

The new study has showed how weight loss benefits could be sought through fiber intake to an extent better than a restrictive plan designed for reducing saturated fat.
