Actavis Faces Preliminary Injunction

In September, New York's attorney general filed an antitrust lawsuit against the drug company Actavis. AG said that the company is forcing patients to start taking newer version of Alzheimer's disease drug Namenda in order to end competition from generic manufacturers.

Now, a federal judge has ruled out to levy temporary ban on the company's attempt to stop the sales of the drug in favor of the new version. Eric T.
