90% of Babies in US Receiving Vaccines against Serious Illnesses, says CDC

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that almost all types of vaccines are available in the country. Therefore, parents need not to worry about their babies over serious illnesses.

As per the federal agency, at least 90% of American infants receive vaccination in the US for measles, rubella, polio, mumps, chicken pox and hepatitis B. Dr. Melinda Wharton, acting director of CDC, said they consider the vaccination coverage for babies aged between 19 and 35 months to be good.
