Dual bomb blasts on Saturday targeted a peace rally in the Turkish capital, Ankara, killing at least 86 people and wounding nearly 200 others, the country’s health minister said.

The devastating attack, coming just three weeks before a general election, was described by authorities as among the deadliest terror strikes in Turkey’s modern history.
