55 hours Work per Week May Increase Risk of Type 2 Diabetes

A latest research shows that 55 hours work a week may land you in the arms of type 2 diabetes.

The United States Centers of Disease Control & Prevention cites the 2004 Bureau of Labour Statistics data and states that around 15 million Americans are working full time on night shift, rotating shifts, evening shifts as well as other irregular shifts that are arranged by their employers.
