Kleenex tissue maker Kimberly-Clark Corp. is being sued for more than $500 million for allegedly falsely claiming their surgical gowns protect against Ebola and other infectious diseases.

The $500 million fraud suit was filed Wednesday in federal court in Los Angeles on behalf of a surgeon who wore the gowns.
