Comedian Bill Cosby was charged by Philadelphia-area prosecutors with aggravated indecent assault relating to a 2004 incident. Montgomery County, Pa., First Assistant District Attorney Kevin Steele announced the felony charge against the 78-year-old entertainer, who has been embroiled in allegations of sexual misconduct throughout the past year.
