It's that time of the year -- New Year's resolutions are upon us. According to the University of Scranton, Journal of Clinical Psychology, only 8 percent percent of people actually successfully achieve their New Year's resolutions goals.

According to the study the No. 1 resolution on the list is, you guessed it, weight loss. The goal of staying fit and healthy isn't that far behind and comes in at number five.
