Genentech and genetics-testing startup 23andMe have come together to launch a research to find new treatments for Parkinson’s disease, the companies announced on Tuesday.

This is the first deal that 23andMe has bagged with a major pharmaceutical company this year. The startup is set to ink several such deals in the future.
